Yes!, this is exactly that.

Among the things I do, I work with an SEO company, recently, we bought the domain sabusinessblogs.co.za from hetzner.co.za
But from our own reasons (and we have good ones!) we decided to host the website with an American company and American IP.

Apparently. hetzner.co.za didn’t like the idea of us NOT hosting with them.
And since then, our website is up and down alternately.

Causing us to fall behind schedule and loose two weeks of working days!!

Two weeks!

If the people at hetzner.co.za would have some brain cells, they would have come up with some solutions to our problem.
But they choose to be arrogance and to ‘band our hand’ trying to show us ‘who is the boss’.

Well, this is not working for me.
In my eyes hetzner.co.za should be grateful and thankful for us choosing to buy our domain with them.
And that’s about it!
If they had a good solid hosting service as we need, we would have take into consideration to host our domain with them.
But they don’t. Their hosting service is empty from services.
You only get blank empty space. that’s all.

I think they never heard about Cpanel or ‘one click’ application installer.
Well, hetzner.co.za you are far behind, 10 years behind actually.
As a client I’m expecting more. Much more!!

To summary it, Don’t do business with hetzner.co.za.

I know I won’t!
